Once you place an order you are committed to show up at the agreed upon time and complete the box pickup. A fee of 5% ($5 minimum) will be charged for:
A fee may apply multiple times per order. For example, if you reschedule a confirmed appointment, then miss it, and then decide to cancel the order 3 separate fees would apply.
All fees are shared with sellers. Please remember that sellers are bound by a similar commitment to reserve boxes for you and make time in their schedule for your pickup.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
If you request delivery, but are not there to accept it, the seller will contact BoxCycle to make sure you are notified by voicemail and/or email. Then they may:
BoxCycle, at its sole discretion, may reduce the fee based on the amount of inconvenience and extra work actually caused.
If you are running late or your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible with updated time or day for pickup. We will attempt to reschedule the appointment with the seller. Often sellers will be OK with alternate arrangements and you can reduce fees and negative feedback. Rescheduled appointments must be within 3 business days of original pickup to be considered for a fee reduction.
